What you need to know about how Hope Haven Assisted Living is handling the COVID-19 pandemic

ARE YOU UNDER QUARANTINE AT THIS TIME?

Yes. Our facility is currently under a strict quarantine to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to our residents. 

Our staff undergoes a temperature check and a symptom check before each shift. All staff are required to wear masks inside of our facility.

We haven taken extra measures to ensure that our facility is clean and sanitary: every hour high touch areas (door handles, light switches, bathrooms, etc.) are sanitized with a disinfectant spray. 

We believe that Hope Haven is the safest place for your loved ones during this COVID-19 pandemic as we continue to work very hard to ensure that your loved one's health is in our best interest. 

CAN I VISIT MY LOVED ONE?

Currently, indoor and patio visitation are currently suspended in our facility until further notice, or until the CDC recommends that these activities are safe to resume.


You may visit your loved one outside of their bedroom window, or call our facility iPad to FaceTime with your loved ones.

CAN I DROP OFF ITEMS TO GIVE TO MY LOVED ONE?

Yes. You are able to drop off any items your loved one may need: groceries, comfort items, medications, or other supplies at the front door and a member of our staff will deliver those items to their rooms.

WILL MY LOVED ONE BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE COVID-19 VACCINE?

Our residents received the first dosage of the Moderna vaccine on Monday, January 4th, 2021.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ACTIVE COVID-19 CASES?

No. We do not have any active or positive COVID-19 cases in our facility.
