WHAT DO WE DO FOR FUN?
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with fun filled activities to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at Hope Haven Assisted Living. We’re passionate about providing a myriad of opportunities for our residents to make new memories and new friends while enjoying our quality services.
We are always open to suggestions! Let us know if there’s something seasonal or special you’d like to see offered at our Assisted Living Facility.
Our activities program has something for everyone: cooking and baking, shopping, road trips, crafts, singing, and so much more. If you can name it, it's probably on our schedule!
Our Activity Director provides a well-rounded activity program that includes weekly exercises, spiritual groups, arts and crafts, shopping trips, social groups, and much more to satisfy the social and creative needs of our residents.
Each month our residents take road trips with our Activity Director to local (within 2 hours driving distance) sites, museums, shopping areas, or places of general interest. We have a great team of volunteers who offer their friendship and service to our residents and assist with activities along the way. Our residents are always busy with meaningful activities that benefit their physical, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing.
There is never a dull moment at Hope Haven and there is always something to look forward to!

We provide an excellent exercise program 3 times a week, including stretches, light cardio, and resistance to promote muscle growth.
Arts & Crafts
Arts & crafts are a residential favorite. Each season we create crafts to decorate the building, give as gifts, or simply enjoy creating a work of art.
Weekly church service is provided in our facility on Sunday to eliminate the hassle of getting in and out of a vehicle to attend church. Additionally, weekly Bible studies are provided to encourage residents to re-visit their faith throughout the week.
Scheduled shopping days for residents are provided bi-weekly, along with smaller shopping trips at resident request.
Volunteers and churches come weekly to sing for residents, play piano, pick a guitar, or lead a singing group.
A myriad of games are always on schedule for our residents, including: dominoes, bunco, cards, bingo, board games, and more!
